A benefit for Maui agriculture, this special Chefsʻ Collaboration Dinner brings five Maui
chefs together with four chefs from Calgary, Alberta Thursday, April 3, 5:30 pm at Maui
Tropical Plantation.
Maui chefs include Sheldon Simeon of Migrant and Mala Wailea; Ryan Luckey of Leilaniʻs
on the Beach; Lyndon Honda of Laulima Events and Catering; Eric Faivre of Bistro Molokini
and Humuhumunukunukuapuaʻa at Grand Wailea; and Tylun Pango of Kō at The Fairmont
Kea Lani, Maui. From Calgary meet star chefs John Jackson and Connie DeSousa of
CHARCUT Roast House, Jessica Pelland of charbar Restaurant & Patio and Pierre Lamielle.
5:15 pm  Check in
5:30 pm  Reception with music by Reiko Fukino
6:45 pm  Dinner 
7:30 pm  Entertainment by Lehua Kalima and Shawn Pimental 
Free parking. No host bar. Weather permitting, outdoor seating otherwise event held indoors on luau
